How do I place an order with you? 

Easy! We sell to professional homeopaths or other health professionals trained in homeopathy. If this is your first time ordering, please provide us with your website and a summary of your homeopathic training. The best way to place an order with us is via email. Email us at remedies@homeovista.org. Tell us what you need and where it needs to be sent. You can also call us at (952)  242-2909. You'll likely have to leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as we are able.

Will you send an order directly to my client? 

You bet we will! Provide us with the name of the remedy you want sent, dosage instructions, an address and payment information (either yours or theirs) and we will send it directly to them via USPS.

How long will it take to receive my order? 

Orders are generally sent out within 1-3 business days via First-Class US Mail and take about 1-3 days to be delivered.  If you (or your client) haven't received an order within this time frame, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll track it for you.

Can I keep my client's mailing and payment on file with you? 

Yes! We can keep information on file with the completion of this form here.

Can I open an account with you? 

Absolutely. There is always the option of keeping your card on file and getting billed per transaction, but we can also set up monthly charge accounts so you're billed once a month (payment due within 14 days). Please contact the accounting department at accounting@minnesotaremedies.com to arrange payments.

I'm not a homeopath, but I know the remedy I need. Can I order it from you? 

No, we do not take remedy orders from the general public. In order to receive a remedy from us, your practitioner must contact us.
